- Finished prototype for import script
    - Still missing PDFs but looking to test functionality
- Finished permissions for proposals
    - Similar to pubs permissions
- Fixed various bugs

- Web call @ 1pm
- Deploy to aftershock before call
- Create top bar for proposal system to jump between steps
- Enhance budget page as per TH discussions
- Import and secure PDFs (url alias changes)
- Fix dashboard search parameters to work
