    - Let TH know that prototype is available
- Minor SO work, discussing stats enhancements with MB

- Fix known proposal system issues
    - Still need to fully implement field collection for budgets
    - Split staff into web staff and admin staff
- Incorporate feedback from TH
- Re-promote aftershock
