Yesterday:

• launch a handful of 10,000 year ETAS simulations for Ned (will also be useful for generating recurrence plots)
• revamp ETAS analysis framework to be able to handle datasets that are larger than available memory
  • iteration over large binary data files, loading in one catalog at a time for processing
• tracked down bug in UCERF3-TD data file posted in electronic supplements
• clean up scratch space on opensha, move larger datasets to scec-02

Today:

• meeting with Jon Stewart, Kioumars, and Christine on site amplification framework
• AGU reimbursement
• identify any figures affected by bug in UCERF3-TD calculation, redo calculations

• Fill in missing site/rupture distances in CyberShake DB for ERF 36 (200m)
• finish mapping of historical earthquakes to UCERF3 ruptures in order to run ETAS simulations of aftershock sequences
