Yesterday:
- ETAS work for Ned
- found bug in new gridded seismicity correction code that happens on subsequent simulations on the same node during calculations
- fixed and resubmitted on Stampede
- new opensha server work
- lots of work on GMT web service, partially working but still a lot of debugging (designed for GMT3, ran on GMT4, incompatibilities with GMT5)
- modifications to OpenSHA server related code to make future host changes easier
- started redoing Bay Area fact sheet calculations for Ned using branch averaged UCERF3 model instead of full model for validation
- results look more different than I would expect, more investigation is needed
Today:
- continue redoing Bay Area Fact Sheet calculations for Ned using branch averaged UCERF3 model instead of full model to see differences and as validation
- compute 30 year moving regional probabilities for bay area before and after 1906 to see how probabilities change
- continue new opensha transition
- restore GMT web service
- recompile WG02 ERF and set up wrapper
- setup wrapper for Flinn-Engdall regions
- continue to figure out bug with site amplification implementation, fix unit tests
- post process latest ETAS results for Ned
