Yesterday:

• responded to CyberShake disaggregation/hazard curve calculation questions from Nenad
• ETAS work
  • fixed bug where gridded seismicity correction was applied twice in some recent analysis
  • generated 3D viz for el mayor cucapah rupture in SCEC-VDO for Ned that is used as input to ETAS simulations
  • post processed new results, added new parameter for scaling target MFD
  • configured scenario simulations, submitted at Stampede and babysat over the weekend
• new OpenSHA server transition
  • worked on getting WG02 ERF (Fortran) working, needed new libraries installed by John
• completed NSHMP hazard code review
  • skyped with Peter on it for a while

Today:

• ETAS work:
  • post process scenario runs: plot code needs updating to handle scenario simulations rather than spontaneous event simulations
• continue new opensha transition
  • recompile WG02 ERF and set up wrapper
  • get coverage tests working
• more followup questions from Nenad on CyberShake curve/disagg calculation
• respond to question from Rundle's group on UCERF3 input files for simulators, possibly supply files with sections sorted differently
