Yesterday:

• ETAS work
  • new calculation on full catalogs at HPC, statistics on supraseimogenic rupture ancestors
  • worked on post processing last weekend runs, blocked by filesystem issues on stampede
• met with Jon Stewart, Kioumars, Phil and Christine on site amplification work, planned activities for next 3 weeks
• met with John Yu and Sanskriti, saw demo of VTK running within Java. Looks very promising
• opensha server transition - almost there!
  • started staging data to opensha local disk from scec-02
• fixed bug with New Zealand ERF in nightly builds for user

Today:

• ETAS work:
  • figure out if simulations or just post processing was effected by filesystem issues on stampede
  • rerun any sims if needed, otherwise rerun post processing
  • generate plots for Ned
• restart site amplification work
• continue new opensha transition
  • staging data to opensha local disk from scec-02
• work on CyberShake hazard curve/disagg code and wiki page for users (specifically Nenad)
