Yesterday:
- ETAS work
- finished fixing broken Stampede jobs
- plot modifications and generation for Ned
- submitted new job
- site amplification work
- incorporated new test file from Kioumars after he fixed his bug - still discrepancies
- tracked down to differences in GMPE coefficients, he will regenerate test file
- opensha server transition
- continued slowly staging data to opensha local disk from scec-00/02
Today:
- ETAS work:
- table request from Ned, summary of trigger probabilities from all scenario runs
- new mag/num plots for spontaneous long runs as well
- post process last set of runs when they finish in about 2 hours
- continue site amplification work
- check my code against new values from Kioumars
- updates to parameters/GUI elements
- continue new opensha transition
- staging data to opensha local disk from scec-02
- work on CyberShake hazard curve/disagg code and wiki page for users (specifically Nenad)
