Yesterday:

  • fixed data file resource issue in OAF application
  • caught Scott up on UGMS & SCEC-VDO call/activities
  • began working on synchronization research for SSA talk in 2 weeks
    • looking at time dependence of multi fault synchronization between SAF Mojave, Coachella, and San Jacinto
    • refactoring of some of my code to allow for time series analysis of recurrence parameters, but some NaNs unresolved

Today:

  • respond to question on maximum magnitude in OpenSHA GMPE implementations from Arun
  • continue synchronization research
    • figure out NaNs in recurrence parameter time series analysis
  • follow-up with Ned on OAF application
    • fixes for case with no aftershocks
    • possibly adding in CA-specific generic aftershock parameters
  • meet with Sanskriti on SCEC-VDO scripting capabilities
  • begin CyberShake MCEr calculations for additional sites, find run IDs
