Yesterday

  • Examined failing LGU sub-wf - mem issue, changed jbsim3d too
  • Finished LGU workflow on Kraken
  • Submitted new wf on Kraken to get better timing info
  • Tried to create AWP extended source, not confident
  • TAU run finally completed, 87% of time in MPI_Sendrecv()
  • Reran full-scale RWG test on Kraken with optimized code + PGI

Today

  • See if we can get the magnitude differences with a point source
  • Check in modified AWP SGT code
  • Test new version of JBSim3d
  • Leave comment on EarthCube discussion per Ewa's request
