• John fixed mail server, got status reports from csep-op, TD testing centers (using mail list to send status email), contacted John

• Trac ticket #295: Diagnostics tests should be applied to time-dependent forecasts

• John is setting up new server as csep-cert, csep-op server upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19.
