Yesterday:

• Continued working on the gmpe_comparsion module
  • Implemented simplified Python version of Graves' residuals summarizer
  • Got confirmation from CG, create 4 subplots
• Generated SDSU data files for Landers, Niigata, and Tottori
  • Sent data to RS and KO, also mentioned Code Freeze
  • Got e-mail request about new velocity model
• Received revised Landers SRC file, re-running
  • Received 2nd revision of SRC file, queued it
• Got e-mails from LB, regarding new BBP version
  • Tested validation and scenario simulations using latest GP code

Today:

• Continue working on CSM module
  • Wait for JA's response
• Finish implementation of gmpe_comparison module
  • Generate plots using current GOF scripts
• Monitoring Landers runs on epicenter
• Clean older runs from epicenter, disk almost full
• Generate estimate for cluster time needed for sims needed in BBP June mtg
