Yesterday

  • Found bug in Extract MPI code; may have affected 1000m SGTs with 200m surfaces
  • SeisPSA_large_mem passed seismogram tests
  • Provided feedback on MPIGen, helper tool which is part of a PhD thesis for a student from the HPC Summer School

Today

  • If hear back from Efecan, work on GPU code on BW
  • Rerun hazard curves with 1000m SGTs, 200m surfaces
  • Run hazard curve using SeisPSA_large_mem
  • Run hazard curve using Pegasus RC and single UCVM executable
  • Install new version of CVM-SI26 and try generating USC mesh again
