  • HDF5: writing the whole cell at a time to HDF5 file takes 40 mins vs. 8hours when writing bin at a time. Tried to use 'gzip' compression, was not finished after 4 hours
  • Integration of Camilla Cattania's model
  • Canterbury experiment: sent summary of changes to Camilla, asked for clarification from Matt on how to locate slip models for experiment
