  • Revise tsprocess pipeline as discussed in the updated google docs
    • Perform code verification against RWG data as directed by CG
    • Run processing pipeline for La Habra
      • Generate observation data sets (1 for BBP post-processing comparisons, 1 for BBP simulations)
      • Generate simulation datasets (RWG, AWP, Hercules)

February 2020 Sprint

  • Received La Habra SRC file from RWG
  • Received RWG and AWP datasets
  • Developed scripts to import simulation time series in new formats (current support for RWG, AWP, Hercules)
    • Convert to BBP format
    • Rotate, downsample, trim (everything currently done by ts-process)
  • Imported RWG-processed observations as new simulated dataset
    • Created comparison against SMC data processed by SCEC
  • Developed script to import simulated data into BBP Platform for post-processing
    • Created BBP station list using stations provided in simulated set
    • Created simulation ID for new data set and setup new directory structure
      • Updated page to record simulation id and matching data set
    • Renamed simulated data files to match BBP processing pipeline expectations
    • Moved simulated files into outdata/tmpdata directories
    • Ran BBP platform starting with the PlotMap module (check with CG if this is needed)
    • Published result to hypocenter
