    - Added U.S. only totals to the home page
- Continued working on proposal submission system
    - Met with TH to discuss import data and structure

    - Secousse issues, adding U.S. only to home page, etc.
    - Half-day to these tasks, see where I am
- Continue working on proposal system
    - Possibly meet with TH to see proposal import status
- RT etree issues
