Yesterday:

  • operational aftershock forecasting (OAF) work:
    • plot updates for forecast window: fractiles, mode, mean
    • added computation of Bayesian combination model of generic and sequence specific models
  • helped student with OpenSHA/Hazard Spectrum Application questions
  • refactored simulator fault element objects in OpenSHA to allow for triangular elements, began triangle implementation

Today:

  • CISM call at 9am
  • UCERF3-ETAS call at noon
  • OAF application work:
    • make b-value calculation optional, default to generic parameters b-value for bayesian model
  • RSQSim/OpenSHA work
