  • Eventually got SGT Merge to finish on Kraken
  • Started looking at MPI I/O for SGT Merge
  • CyberShake call - Matt looking at TAU issues
  • Still no leads on 3D issue, asked Rob for help
  • Queued up interrupted PP runs on Ranger

Today

  • Continue to try things to explain the 3D issue
  • Test out pegasus 4.0.0
  • Respond to Phil's slides about data needs - describe CyberShake data products, estimates of storage
  • Determine data needs to discuss in Data Management meeting tomorrow
  • Continue work on MPI I/O for SGT Merge
  • Add memcached to in-memory RV generation
  • Try 27x weak scaling test on Kraken
