Compare Command line ElyJordan values versus Model Flag ElyJordan Values

The CVM-S4.26 model can apply the ElyJordan either with a model flag, or using the elyJordan model on the command line.

These test show that the method produce different results. The command line version better reflects the processing, by showing that the "final results" in the last three columns

This testing shows that the command line returns rho values that are different than the rho values returned when the model flag is turned on.

Test using Ely Jordan command line. First confirm the cvms5 model flag is set to off.
