Adding iVIP Users

Adding External Users to SCEC CARC allocation

1. SCEC gets request from collaborator for CARC access.
2. SCEC contacts new users describing information they need to provide for ivip

• • DTS iVIP Process

1. SCEC submits new user information to iVIP
2. SCEC confirms with DTS the USC account has been created
3. SCEC confirms with user they have required acct information.
4. SCEC gives new user information on how to activate acct (set password)

• • DTS Activating Account Info

1. SCEC adds new user to SCEC allocation at CARC
2. SCEC sends new users information about CARC
