10-2-2019: Restarted 1 Day Models on CSEP Operation System

Reinstalled the following cronjobs on csep-op: 

   /usr/local/csep/cronjobs/dispatcher_ANSS1985_one_day.tcsh

   /usr/local/csep/cronjobs/dispatcher_ANSS1985_M2_95.tcsh

   /usr/local/csep/cronjobs/dispatcher_ANSS1932_notFiltered_Md2_one_day.tcsh

10-8-2019: One Day Models Failing. Reason: NCEDC has stopped hosting ANSS catalog. Catalogs are available from ComCat.
