CVM-H v6.3capi

This is the version of CVM-H v6.3 that we modified to do depth based query. This has vx_lite interface, but does not have the GTL capabilities. This is the version of CVM-H v6.3 that we used in the Chino Hills GOF simulations.

This version of CVM-H is available for download as and "Alternative CVM" on the current CVM-H web page.
