Adding External Users to SCEC CARC allocation
- SCEC gets request from collaborator for new user acct.
- Contact new users describing information they need to provide for ivip
- Submit new user infor to ivip
- Confirm with DTS the account has been created
- Confirm with user they have acct info.
- Give new users information on how to activate acct (set password)
- Add new user to SCEC allocation at CARC
- Send new users information about CARC
