Adding iVIP Users

Adding External Users to SCEC CARC allocation

1. SCEC gets request from collaborator for new user acct.
2. Contact new users describing information they need to provide for ivip

• • DTS iVIP Process

1. Submit new user infor to ivip
2. Confirm with DTS the account has been created
3. Confirm with user they have acct info.
4. Give new users information on how to activate acct (set password)

• • DTS Activating Account Info

1. Add new user to SCEC allocation at CARC
2. Send new users information about CARC
